Things I Use

For those of you who might be curious, this is an ever-evolving list of the technology, products and services I currently use. While this list is far from complete, it does cover the majority of things I use day-to-day. If it isn’t listed here, it’s probably collecting dust in my closet.

iMac 27-inch, Late 2012:
3.4 GHz Core i7  / 12GB DDR3 / GeForce GTX 680MX / 1TB Fusion Drive
Primary desktop computer, currently runs OS X 10.11 and occasionally Windows 10 Pro for gaming.

Apple 15″ MacBook Pro with Retina display:
2 GHz Core i7 / 8GB DDR3 / Intel Iris Pro Graphics / 512GB SSD
My work laptop, also running OS X 10.11 and Windows 10.

Vintech V-500:
2.5 GHz Core 2 Quad Q9300 / 8GB DDR2 / GeForce 450 GTS / Multiple HDDs
My old desktop re-purposed as the living room HTPC, storage server and backup server.

Portable Devices:

Apple iPhone 6S Plus (Sprint)
Some consider the basic necessities of life to be oxygen, food and water. Without the iPhone, I would say this list is incomplete.

Apple iPad Air
The gap between my phone and my laptop.

Sony: PSone, PS2, PS3, PSP-2000
Microsoft: Xbox 360 Classic

Dathorn Internet Services (referral link) – A small but professional, affordable and reliable webhost that I have used for all of my sites and projects since 2005.

DigitalOcean – A great VPS provider that caters to developers.

Apple iCloud – Used to maintain my personal email account and other relevant services in the Apple ecosystem.
